Higgins Lake tribune

A vintage-inspired newspaper design celebrating the charm of Higgins Lake, Michigan, a place I grew up visiting with my family. This project reimagines a small-town publication combining nostalgic typography, retro illustration, and local storytelling. The layout and tone evoke the warmth of community life, highlighting family traditions, summer activities, and local businesses. Designed to balance authenticity and playfulness, Higgins Lake Tribune captures the spirit of a place deeply rooted in memory and Midwestern nostalgia.
